The Rollei 35 Cases

Initially the Rollei 35 came with two cases, the well known soft case, ( a zippered pouch ) and the ER ( Ever Ready ) hard case. But once the camera became a fashion accesoiry as well the range of cases grew with the design of the camera.

	Rollei 35 black standard case, soft leather # 970460, made in Germany, 1966-1981. Rollei 35 black standard case, soft leatherette # 970465, made in Germany & Singapore, 1974-1981 Most early German made Rollei 35 came with a real leather case; the difference is sometimes hard to spot.
	Brown soft calf leather case delivered with Rollei 35 Platinum Edition only, 1979/1980
	Brown Napa leather case with black piping, delivered with Rollei 35 Classic Gold only, 1992/1993
	Light brown African Lizard case, delivered with Rollei 35 Gold, but also sold separately # 970570, 1970-1973
	Dark brown African Lizard case, delivered with Rollei 35 S Gold only, 1986.
	MCM is a well known German luxury leather goods company (like Louis Vuitton in France), for special edition Rollei 35 Classic Platinum only, 1990
	Gray Napa leather pouch with black piping, supplied with Rollei 35 Classic Titanium, Classic Black, and Royal Urushi cameras. # 59665, 1990-1998.
	Hard calf leather ER case, black. # 970500, 1968-1969 with riveted front lid, after 1969 detachable front lid. Leather strap with removable insert for shoulder strap length. This item is very rare.
	Hard Napa leather ER case, detachable front lid, leather strap with removable insert for shoulder strap length. This is even more rare than the above case.
	The Rollei 35 "Action Set" came with a Rollei 35 camera, E15 flash with charger and a dual leather case that holds camera and flash separately, but could be combined for easy carrying into one unit. Not sold separately, 1970-1971.
	Rollei 35 had strap, black Nylon with silver hardware, # 59676 (24 cm), # 59677 (45cm). The short strap was also made with gold plated hardware for Rollei 35 Classic cameras.
