The International Rollei Club presents here comprehensive specifications of the first Rollei TLR camera models ever produced since the first Rolleiflex was introduced in 1928. All data was compiled from unique original Franke & Heidecke factory archive sheets but be aware that some data may differ from what might have been published elsewhere, this due to differences in the various resources. Dimensions: 13.2x8.5x9.0cm Weight: 715 grams (f 4.5), 722 grams (f3.8).This model did not have a hinged back. The camera was often converted to accept the newer 620 and 120 roll films.

Film Transportation: winding lever, film counter; red window for spooling to first frame on bottom of back, film pressure plate without color coating. Some of the earliest cameras have the red window on & under the back. Manual shutter tensioning.

This model has a hinged back with exposure guide. The camera could be used with Rolleikin I to use 35mm film & with the special glass plate film adapter.
