Photometer Problem

Postby Clara0410 » Tue Dec 22, 2015 1:16 am

Hello everybody,

i am new here and was hoping to get some advice for my camera.
I got a Rolleiflex 2,8 FX that has a photometer. The manual says that you can switch it on by slightly pushing the release. When i tried it without having film inside, it worked fine. Since i have film inside it doesn't work. The release gets totally activated so i take a photo instead of only switching on the photometer. After the release got activated the photometer is activated as well, but i doesn't make much sense of course if i only see that my photo will be eg. underexposed after i took it.
Does anybody know something about this? Am i doing something wrong maybe? :(

I bought the camera secondhand but it was almost never used before. So it is basically as good as new.

Wish you a nice day, Clara
