What to do ? - shutter stuck on Rolleiflex - T (K8 T24)

Dear all,

I want an advise what to do with my Rolleiflex T (K8, T24) :

This Rolleiflex shutter's is stuck and can not push at all. The story begin with my friend try to rotate the film handle on the right side round and round, with no film inside, after all the :
- shutter button is stuck
- aperture knob is no function, so the diapraghm blade is no function too, can not change the aperture value, stuck too
- i look at flash (v, flash) knob is has no function when I try to move up and down

please give me advise to handle that problem
