Rolleiflex Standard 622 Silver Name Plate

Hi all,
I just acquired a Rolleiflex Standard 622 in decent condition. I notice that most of them have a black name plate with white lettering. Mine has a silver name plate with dark lettering. Does anyone know the significance of this difference? Does it effect the value in any way? I have not been able to find any info anywhere about this feature. Thanks!

Probably somebody sanded off the (worn) black paint and filled the lettering black.
Technically speaking in such a case the camera still has the same value, from a collector's pint of view it is a piece of junk.
Other than that, we have to see a good pic to judge wether it is real "silver" ...

Thanks for the opinion.
I have seen a couple others on the web with "silver" nameplates.
I don't believe it was done by the owner
