Serial Number Conflict?

I just inherited my dad's Rollei 35. I'm hoping to get it cleaned and learn to use it. According to the identification page here, the grouping of serial numbers indicates my camera is made in Germany. However, the back of the camera says Singapore. What I really want to find out is what year this camera was made. Can you help?

Rollei 35 parts are easy to interchange.
The back with the engraving? Pull it of, put a new one on (done often when the old one was dented).
The top cover? A few screws ...
The old "Made in Germany" ones will have a small finder.
My advice: Forget about the serial number business and take a close look at the camera's features (or show good pics, so somebody else can take a look).
Lens (and complete front)? Top-cover back? Bottom of camera? Internals (bac taken off)?
