In that case, I would try the Weincell because it should be very stable at 1.35V - at least as long as it is new.
I would still match the camera meter's readings with an independent, hand-held, accurate light meter, to see if there is any difference.
I would also look out for problems with the shutter. If the camera has not been used for a long time, the shutter might be too slow. In any case, the camera very likely needs a "CLA" (Cleaning, Lubrification and Adjustment).
