SL2000F back 36 or 72 pictures

Postby HappyMan » Sat May 29, 2010 3:31 am

Just new owner of a superb SL2000F

Can not find how to use the back for 36 and/or 72 pictures on a 35mm film....

Is there anyone who can help me or maybe an instruction manual of this back ?!?

36 and/or 72 pictures

I thought the back with the 36/72 note gives you the possibility to make half frame on a 35mm (36 picture) film.....

But I have been informed that this is not possible. Mayby 72 pictures was possible when you cut your own length of film from a 5 or 20 meter 35mm roll film.

There is an extra pressure plate for 72 picture use.

72 exposures 24x36mm were possible on special Ilford HP5 using an extra thin base. For half-frame you will need a 3000 ED (with proper magazine).
