Hi, I recently bought a Rolleiflex Automat 6x6 - Model RF 111A camera, and would like to get a proper leather neck strap for it, but I'm unsure about the ones I keep finding on ebay.

A local camera shop did find a strap that fits, but I can't get the camera back in it's case with that on. I am thinking of taking it on holiday on October, so I would like it protected as much as possible.

Can anyone tell me how I can judge whether a strap would fit my camera? Are the sizes likely to be different for the various types?

Rollei's general idea was (at that time) to have either the strap or the ERC (that has a strap fixed to it) attached to the camera.

"Any" leather strap fitting throught the strap-lugs should do the job. The original strap will have a 1cm slit ending in a hole (with the diameter of the "studs").
