What is the best way to clean the exterior of my Rolleiflex k4 50?Damp cloth and Q-tips?Is Brasso or something like it ok for light corrosion removal?

I tested this method years ago and still use it:
Dissolve a teaspoon of Baking Soda ( Bicarbonate of Soda ) in a half cup of lukewarm water. Use that as the 'Soap'. It will clean anything miraculous without being abrasive . Never use Brasso !! or any abrasive substances. When ready rinse with water and a lint free cloth. Cotton buds are OK and very handy for those tiny corners. Eventually use Methilated Spirits , but be aware that some paints may dissolve in metho, always test before doing the whole camera. Good luck !! JR
