I am currently looking for a few waist level finders for my two Rollei's. I saw that the Tele-Rollei has its own unique finder. Is there a specific one that would have been new on a 2.8e3? Or will other finders fit on my 2.8e3, like say from a 2.8f or something like that.

Ok let me try that again.
As far as I know there are 4 versions of the removable WLF. There is the Tele, the Wide, the T/Magic/Rolleicord, and there is the one for everything else.

All the WLFs have the same base size so they will all fit all the cameras. The difference is in the front Sports finder window which is sized to match the taking lens view. They all have the same pop-up magnifier inside so they all work fine for all the different versions of camera unless you want to use the Sports finder window.... which most people don't.

There is also the latest version WLF for the GX and FX. It is also the same base size and will work fine. It is like the Rolleicord/T/magic finder in that it has no focusing window on the bottom of the back.

Yeah i was assuming that any finder would fit on any Rollei that has removable finder capability. I was just wondering if there were specific ones for each model and you answered it. Now, just to find a WLF for Tele-Rollei for a decent price...
