Rolleinar 28-105 macro for the SL2000F ??

Enclosed you will find a picture of the 28-105mm zoom / macro HFT and is offered as a lens for the SL2000.

I can not find any information - till now - about macro lenses for the SL 2000/3000 serie.

Is this lens for the SL20** / 30** or for the SL25-serie ?!?

The second picture shows a white knob. Can someone tell me the function of this knob ?!?

a) it is a lens for Rollei QBM and it does fully support SL 2000 F / 3003
b) it is not a "Macro lens", just a zoom with somewhat close fucusing
c) the white knob is the red dot even working in the dark (index for lens mounting)
