Hot shoe "duplicator"

Hi,

does anyone know if there is something like a "hot shoe duplicator" that keeps all functions (SCA, etc..) to one output while providing another hot/cold shoe?

I am wondering how to use a dedicated flash while having the Rollei remote control receiver attached. I would like to find something that I can put on the camera's hot shoe that would allow my connecting both a flash (Metz 54MZ series for instance) and the remote control receiver, but I do not know if such a piece of equipment does exist.
